Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) Coordinator at our 3 locations in Seneca, Yates and Ontario County. The MDT Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary team investigations including forensic interviews, case review meetings, and other activities related to the Child Advocacy Center model. Duties will also include collaboration with partner agencies, program development and evaluation, and supervision of staff and volunteers.
Qualifications:
Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, child abuse investigations, or related work
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work collaboratively with partner agencies and professionals
Experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation
Working knowledge of the Child Abuse Response Team model.
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
