Ashley Davoli
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Ashley has been working with the Finger Lakes Child Abuse Response Team as a Forensic Interviewer since 2011. Prior to this time, she worked as a Child and Adolescent Therapist serving trauma survivors. She joined the Child Advocacy Center of the Finger Lakes in 2015 as a Child Advocacy Specialist, transitioned into the position of Program Manager in 2020, and then was promoted to Associate Director in 2022 before becoming Executive Director in 2023. Ashley holds a master’s degree in mental health counseling.
Lisa Knight
CASE MANAGER
Lisa joined the Child Advocacy Center of the Finger Lakes’ staff as the administrative assistant in 2019, before transitioning to Case Coordinator in 2020 and then Case Manager in 2022. Before joining our agency, she worked as a preschool teacher and childcare provider. She holds a degree in early childhood education from Cayuga Community College.

Megan Personale
FORENSIC INTERVIEWER/EDUCATION SPECIALIST
Megan has over 25 years of experience working with children.  Before joining the CACFL team in 2022, she was a Child Protective Caseworker for 10 years.  Previously, she worked as a registrar licensing in-home daycares and as a director of a daycare, taught preschool, and worked in after-school programs.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Alfred University and is certified to be a trainer in numerous child-related training topics.
Jackie Pealer
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Before joining the CACFL staff in 2022, Jackie worked as a Supported Housing Specialist, Case Manager, and MICA Outreach Advocate for Lakeview Health Services. She has also spent time as a Program Evaluation and Planning Assistant, as well as, a Data/Intake Coordinator for a Youth Foster Care Agency, Good Shephard Services in NYC. Jackie holds an associate degree in criminal justice from Finger Lakes Community College and a bachelor’s degree in deviant behavior and social control, with a concentration in child and family studies, from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.

The Child Advocacy Center of the Finger Lakes also offers services to children and families through a number of co-located staff members, including advocates and mental health counselors.

Our co-located staff includes Amber and Maureen, advocates and employees of Safe Harbors of the Finger Lakes.

Juno

COURTHOUSE FACILITY DOG

In April 2021, the Ontario County District Attorney’s Office Victim Assistance Program welcomed Juno, our newest team member.

Juno is a 2-year-old golden Labrador retriever, who has been trained as a courthouse facility dog.

To help ease the stress and fear of crime victims going through the criminal justice process, Juno will provide companionship to children during forensic interviews, therapy sessions, and legal proceedings in Ontario County.
